 Causes of Diabetes According to Ayurveda

Ayurveda identifies several symptoms that signify the presence of diabetes, such as:

- Excessive thirst (polydipsia)

- Frequent urination (polyuria)

- Unexplained weight loss

- Persistent fatigue

- Blurred vision

- Slow wound healing

- Recurrent infections

Additionally, Ayurveda stresses the significance of recognizing the pre-diabetic stage, referred to as "Prameha." This stage presents symptoms like increased appetite, numbness in the extremities, and a sweet taste in the mouth.

By understanding these Ayurvedic insights into the causes and symptoms of diabetes, one can take proactive steps towards better management and prevention of the condition.
