Fennel Seeds can also ease acidity according to various herbalist across the world. Add 2 teaspoons of fennel seeds to 1 cup of boiling water and leave it for at least for 10 minutes. Now drain this water and drink it till you get relief from the gastric problem. Another method is that you can chew a few fennel seeds after your meal if are suffering from chronic acidity problem.

3)     Ginger



Ginger is recognized to treat various problems. You can chew some fresh ginger which can help in curing acidity problem naturally. Try to drink ginger tea after a meal which can have a great impact on curing the digestive problem.

4)    Guava Leaves

Aloe Vera Juice
