 It is said that at least 50% of your bone is made of protein. This is the main reason that your body should get sufficient protein daily. At least your body should get 100gm of protein on a daily basis.

3)    Include food items which are high in magnesium and zinc

 Along with proteins and calcium, it is also important to include magnesium and zinc food items. These elements convert Vitamin D into the activity that helps in promoting calcium absorption to the bones.

 4)   Nuts

 Different nuts like almonds, cashew 20gm per day can help in providing essential minerals, vitamins and healthy fats. Walnut is known as a great source of omega which helps in promoting bone strengthening.

A powerful home remedy to consume on a regular basis to keep your bones healthy. Following are the steps for preparing this powerful home remedy

1)     Take 1 green ripe banana

2)     After this take 1/5 glass of pomegranate juice

3)     Add 1 pinch of cardamon powder

4)     Now mix all these ingredients and consume this drink daily after the age of 40.

The above remedy contains 600gms of calcium and pomegranate which also helps in boosting your metabolism.
