Gently you should apply pressure on the scalp with your fingers and repeat this process at least once every week.

Amla is medicine for Vitamin C. This helps in compensating the body which causes hair to fall in most of the people. For the mixture to be prepared you have to take 1 pulp of amla and mix it with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Gently apply this mixture over your scalp and keep it overnight and wash it the next day with shampoo.

3) Fenugreek

Fenugreek is also known as methi and is used to rebuild your hair grands. Presents of narcotic acid and protein help in stimulating the growth of hair to a great extent. For the preparation of this mixture, soak these seeds in water overnight and make a paste out of it the next day. Apply this paste onto your head and cover your scalp with a shower cap to experience a better result. After keeping the paste for 40mins, rinse your hair. Repeat this procedure for a month every day in the morning.

4) Onion juice

Onion is a vegetable that contains high sulfur content which helps in circulation of blood. This also helps in killing the germs in your body. Before applying the onion juice, make sure that you blend it and strain it before itself. Properly massage the onion juice on your scalp and keep it for at least 30–40mins, after which, wash your hair with shampoo. This should be repeated at least once or twice a week.

5) Aloe Vera

Use of aloe vera to stop hair fall problem is one of the oldest forms of home ayurvedic remedies. Aloe Vera contains enzymes that help in keeping your hair healthy. You can either use aloe vera gel or aloe vera juice for treating hair fall. Apply it on your scalp and keep it for a few hours.

6) Licorice root

This is sweeter than sugar, it is also called ‘lratti Madhuram’ (Double Sweet). Known botanically as Glycyrrhizin Glabra. It helps to open up your pores and soothes the scalp. While applying you should add one tablespoon of ground licorice root to one cup of milk with a quarter teaspoon of saffron. Apply this paste to the bald patch, it is advised to keep it overnight. Wash it in the morning. Follow this process once or twice a week.
